Our story started in 2019, when the first generation of trainees graduated our program for coaches ready to coach. Our vision is to create vibrant, immersive learning experiences for coaching enthusiasts, while collectively building a safe and supportive community for growing both personally and professionally.
First and foremost, we have experienced coaching for ourselves as a deeper process of learning and self-discovery. Then we’ve witnessed the positive, sustainable and the accountable differences it brings in people’s lives, their work and their professional endeavors. This was our starting point. And it gave us the trust and energy to go further.
Through our learning journeys we aim to facilitate doing and being, while knowing. We often start by asking our participants who they want to be as a coach. We consider and encourage their diverse and unique backgrounds, as their journey afterwards models their vision and uniqueness to future clients.
As pathways to continuous learning and ICF credentials, we hope through our programs to elevate insight, stimulate curiosity and facilitate growing.

Coaching grows us as humans and professionals
After decades of working and coaching experience at the highest level, we wanted to share our knowledge in the best way possible. Our credential is built on real experience in consulting, management and executive experience in companies like Vodafone, Telekom, as well as on our academic training (London School of Economics & Political Science, Case Western Reserve University, Penn University) and our ICF certifications.
We trust and work using ICF standards of ethics and code of conduct. We take our responsibility seriously as we provide you with our main Accredited Coach Training Program (ACTP) (learn more about ACTP) and other accredited training programs of continuous learning.
We believe coaching helps us grow. As individuals, professionals, human beings, communities and as a society. That is why our name – We Grow – is a statement of our values and our intention for a collective growth.
