From A to B to Coach is a journey inside yourself and all that makes you, you.
You will enter the world of coaching in a supportive, safe and challenging environment, with a group of participants carefully selected by our experienced team.
You will first learn the basis of coaching as practice starts in day one. We believe our learning program is an academy of doing and being, while knowing,
You will practice coaching with your colleagues and get to know them and yourself much better in the process.
You will go through 7 different modules, each with its own flavour and challenges. It will be fun and tough, fast and slow, joyful and intense.
It might not feel sometimes as a walk in the park, it’s pretty much like growing both from inside out and outside within.
From A to B to Coach, our key training program, is a 7-month learning experience where you become a professional ready to enter the market. Our program goes through all types of coaching and focuses on intensive real-time practice, guided by the academy founder and mentors and the support of our alumni community.

Our program approach
The person-centred development theory, neuroscience discoveries and human development understanding lie at the heart of our learning and teaching approach. The sessions are highly interactive and comprised of instrumental training, guided discovery, personal reflection and pair/group reflective debrief of learnings, with exercises and activities that support adult and brain-based learning theories.
Upholding the principle of self-determination and actualisation of person-centred development, we enable participants to assume full ownership of their learning journey, supported by the program and peer mentors, as well as our community members and team of apprentices who will oversee and provide feedback on module activity, progress, assignments and individual coaching practice after the module.
